How ordering works

  1. Pick your product and size. Every product page shows price by size, current lot, and the certificate of analysis when one is on file.
  2. Check out. Choose how you’d like to pay (Venmo, bank transfer, crypto, or card) and your USPS shipping option. No payment is taken at checkout — we email you a secure payment link.
  3. Track it. You get a tracking number by email when the label is created, and you can follow it any time on the order tracking page.

For laboratory and research use only. Delivery windows are the carrier’s estimates.

How our documentation works →

How to find a product’s documentation

Every released lot that has a certificate of analysis is listed in the COA library, filterable by product and lot number.

  1. Find the lot number. It is printed on the vial label and shown on the product page when supplied.
  2. Search the COA library. Filter by product, then by lot. Current documents are marked as such; superseded ones are archived, not deleted.
  3. Open the report. Each entry links to the laboratory’s certificate of analysis as provided.
  4. No document yet? Some lots are pending. The library shows status, and support can tell you when a report is expected.

Laboratory testing does not by itself establish sterility, FDA approval, U.S. manufacture, or suitability for any particular use.

Our pricing approach

Straightforward, highly competitive pricing shown by size on every product page. If you find a lower published price on a comparable research product, tell us — we review it.

This site does not claim to have the lowest prices in the United States. Any comparative or absolute pricing claim requires current, documented substantiation and owner approval before publication.
