Here is exactly what happens after you place an order with 406 Peptides, from checkout to delivery.
1. Checkout: no payment is taken yet
At checkout you choose how you would like to pay (Venmo, bank transfer, crypto or card) and your USPS shipping option, and you confirm the research-use agreement. No payment is collected at checkout. Your order is placed on hold while we confirm stock.
2. You receive a secure payment link
We email you a secure payment link for the exact order total using the method you selected. The link also appears in your order details if you have an account. Once payment is received, your order moves to processing.
3. Packed in Montana
Orders are packed by hand in Montana. Vials are cushioned to prevent movement and breakage, and each order is checked against the packing list before it is sealed. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
4. Shipped with USPS, Monday–Friday
- USPS Ground Advantage: $10 flat rate, typically 2–5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $13.50 flat rate, typically 1–3 business days.
- Free USPS shipping on orders over $150.
We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays; orders paid over a weekend ship the next business day. Delivery windows are USPS estimates, not guarantees.
5. Tracking
As soon as the shipping label is created, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow your package any time on our order tracking page.
If something goes wrong
If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, let us know and we will open a claim with USPS.
