These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 406-peptides.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from 406 Peptides LLC (“406 Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Research use only
All products sold by 406 Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. Products are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We do not provide dosing, administration, or medical guidance of any kind. Our full Research Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age; that you are a qualified researcher, professional, or institution purchasing for legitimate research purposes; and that you will not administer any product to humans or animals. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe a product may be used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted only when we confirm it or ship it. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or listing errors, and cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case any payment will be refunded. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment processor. Volume discounts, where offered, apply automatically at the quantities shown.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping, delivery, return, and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, and for confirming that products may be lawfully imported into their jurisdiction.
5. Buyer responsibilities and compliance
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of products you order. You agree to handle all products in accordance with established laboratory safety practices by appropriately trained personnel.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not: administer any product to humans or animals; use any product in food, drugs, cosmetics, or supplements; resell or distribute products for any purpose other than legitimate research; misrepresent your identity or purpose when ordering; or use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that interferes with its operation or security.
7. Product information and documentation
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including chemical identifiers, specifications, and certificates of analysis (COAs) where available. Product images are illustrative. COAs are provided as supplied by the testing laboratory for the lot referenced and do not establish sterility, regulatory approval, or suitability for any particular use.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, 406 Peptides disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 406 Peptides and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use or misuse of any product.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design, is owned by or licensed to 406 Peptides and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
